Please note that Dr Adam Teo will be on leave from Wednesday 27th July and returning to work on Monday 15th August
During this period between 27th July and 15th August:
- If you would like to make an appointment, please do so via the online booking system
- The phone will be unattended during this period. If you have an enquiry, please consider sending an email to reception@qdst.com.au so that it is received in the inbox. Voicemail messages are automatically deleted after 7 days so please call again after 15th August to ensure your enquiry is received.
- The email inbox will be unattended during this period and all enquiry emails received will be addressed on return to work.
